To remain relevant (and not just another poster on the wall), the RHS Learner Profile must be a living document that is regularly used, reviewed and adapted by students and staff. In response to the latest updates to the Ministry of Education's Core Competencies, including the addition of "Reflective Thinking" and "Collaboration", we have updated the RHS Learner Profile.  At the same time, we are pleased that the Ministry has chosen to add one of our six key attributes (Reflective) to the Core Competencies. We have also included the action word 'collaborate' to our description of our Communication attribute.

It is important that the six learner profile descriptors "RHS Learner Profile" are aligned with the Core Competency symbols (T, C, and PS) and language, as well as the 10 attributes of the IB Learner Profile. This ensures needed alignment and connections between the Ministry of Education Core Competencies --> I.B. Learner Profile --> RHS Learner Profile.

This update was shared digitally with all staff and published in our March newsletter for parents. We updated the posters in the common areas of the school and made revised, 11 X 17 inch paper copies available to interested staff.
