This is a reminder to grade 12s who are still planning to attend a Post Secondary school this Fall to complete the Post Secondary Institution selection on the Student Transcript Service website:  https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/education-training/k-12/support/transcripts-and-certificates/about-studenttranscripts

You will need to first create a BCeID in order to access your high school transcript, and to be able to submit them to your Post Secondary Institution of your choice.  The deadline to complete this is July 12th.

JUNE 8/24 - Women in Orthopaedics (WORTH) Workshop

This workshop is open to all young women in high schools (grades 10-12),
including women-identifying individuals and non-binary and gender 
non-conforming students interested in pursuing a career in healthcare. 
They will provide more insight and clarity on careers particularly in 
the areas of orthopaedics and engineering. There will be an interactive 
set of sessions including hands-on learning workshops and career panels 
featuring incredible women orthopaedic surgeons, researchers, engineers 
and allied health workers. This is an excellent and informative event 
that will provide you with valuable information in the career

 If you have been accepted to a U.S. university and are preparing to begin your studies this fall (2024)... congratulations!!!  Education USA is so thrilled for you and the new adventure you are undertaking! 

In this Pre-Departure webinar, they will be going to go over the following:
- Welcome remarks from a U.S. diplomat
- Paperwork you need to prepare and bring with you over the border
- Crossing the border (with a guest speaker from the U.S. Border Patrol)
- Important people and resources at your new university
- Some tips about health care, banking, and cell phones
- Getting settled in your new home

Who should attend?
- Students from Canada who are enrolling in undergraduate (or graduate) studies in the United States for the 2024-2025 academic year and their family members.
