In September, our draft "RHS Learner Profile" poster (below) was posted in several key locations in the school and more than a dozen teachers have agreed to post and discuss with some of their classes this school year. Teachers have been invited to discuss the idea with students and facilitate discussions using two framing questions:

2. How would you improve this?
