On February 23, our Professional Development committee hosted a viewing and a structured conversation of the American documentary RACE TO NOWHERE.   The challenges highlighted in the film were linked with the simultaneous conversations we are having on the RHS Learner Profile. We included 12 students from our Learner Profile focus group at the Pro-D day and the subsequent table and whole group discussions after the viewing were thoughtful.  The pro-d session ended with two students from the Focus Group sharing a Powerpoint summary of the RHS Learner Profile work to date. The student focus group met again on February 28.
