Mental Health Week May 4-10

Richmond Secondary School is joining the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) in observing Mental Health Week from May 4-10. The focus is on social connection. Social connection is essential to overall health and well-being. But too many people are feeling alone. In Canada, millions of people say they feel lonely often or always. (SOURCE: https://cmha.ca)
CMHA is inviting you to connect with your community and yourself! Together, we can strengthen belonging, reduce isolation, and support well-being, because connection strengthens mental health.
CMHA's theme for this year's Mental Health Week is COME TOGETHER, CANADA. Everyone is invited and encouraged to connect with their community and themselves! We can strengthen belonging, reduce isolation, and support well-being, because connection strengthens mental health.
